The published starting fare covers the agreed road journey from point A to point B only. Road tolls, the Eurotunnel ticket and other travel expenses are not included. Waiting, unplanned stops and route diversions are also outside the starting fare. Confirm the final quote for your exact journey before booking.
Do I need to pay an advance, and what if I cancel?
No advance payment is required. Payment is due after the Eurotunnel ticket has been paid for and arranged. Silver Pet Travel does not charge a cancellation fee. Any Eurotunnel ticket already purchased is non-refundable. Contact us promptly to discuss changes to your journey.
Who checks my pet's travel documents?
Owners are responsible for confirming the current document and veterinary requirements for their pet and itinerary. Check official guidance and speak to your vet before travel.
