What to include in an enquiry

Start with your date, addresses and the number of people and pets. Mention large carriers or bulky luggage. If you have a flight, appointment or other fixed connection, include that too.

Your vet can advise on travel documents. Tell us if the paperwork is still being arranged so we can discuss the travel plan alongside it.
