Homes and hotels
Send the full address and any access details that could affect pickup. If a hotel stay forms part of your trip, include the checkout arrangements when discussing collection.
Airport arrivals
Tell us the airport and flight details, along with your pets and luggage. Allow for the process of leaving the airport rather than treating the landing time as the collection time. Agree the meeting arrangements before travel.
From Paris to your London address
The route includes the drive towards the Channel, crossing arrangements and onward travel in the UK. Traffic, checks and the crossing schedule affect the total time. Ask for an estimate for your particular journey and tell us about any fixed arrival requirement.
If your destination is beyond London, include that address in the original enquiry.
Before departure
Keep your pet's original documents accessible. For cats, our France to UK guide explains the document options and preparation. For the terminal process, read our Channel Tunnel guide.
